Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
Reception closes at 8pm, if you will be arriving after that please contact us to arrange a late check in.
If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags, or can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply).
Late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).

A cancellation fee equal to the total value of the accommodation will be charged for cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival. A no show fee equal to the total value of the accommodation will be charged for accommodation not taken up, and where no cancellation is received within 48 hours of arrival. Any cancellations whilst in house will not be refunded.
In the event of non-payment, The Reef Resort reserves the right to charge the guarantors credit card (supplied at the time of booking).

Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact us regarding working support dogs.

In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our property is smoke free. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in rooms, outdoor or public areas. Cleaning charges will apply if a guest is found to have smoked inside the building.
